Home therapy – stay home and be active

A message from Yoga Instructor Gino Morelli

Practice yoga while brushing up on your Italian! You are still in time to sign-up for the in-person Yoga in Italian class with Gino Morelli. Classes start October 20th at 6:30pm at Brookline Adult & Continuing Education and run until December 12.

My website has now 13 new exciting yoga practices, both Anukalana Yoga and Slow Flow, that you can follow at your convenience. I am adding a new practice every week. You can access all of them on a subscription basis: one month for $25, two-months for $45 and three months for $65. Please register on the web site by following the Register link..

Finally, my YouTube channel continues to have the practices that I recorded during the lock-down period. These are free and anybody can access them. Feel free to revisit them.

Please join Gino Morelli for a 75-minute Anukalana yoga practice live from the Professionisti Italiani in Boston webpage and, concurrently, from the Facebook PIB group page.

The next live yoga session will be on Friday June 26th at 6pm. This will be Gino’s last online class in collaboration with PIB,
don’t miss it!

All you need is your yoga mat! If you use blocks, blanket or cushion for your practice have them handy just in case.

You won’t have to leave the comfort of your home, just log in on this event page at 6:00 PM (a video player will become visible) or on the PIB Facebook page to live stream the practice. Please remember to refresh your page if you log in at exactly 6pm or a bit earlier, the video player may take a moment to appear.
